Stamford NY Flag Day Parade

Just had a chance to edit and post these pics of the Samford NY flag day parade. As far as parades go in Delaware County this is one of the biggest. Great Day to be shaking hands and passing out Real Estate 28 business cards. However I left them home. (lol) If you want to download any of these pics you can find them on my web album.

New Chicks Arrived Today

Today the post office called at 7:30 to let us know that the order of day old chickens arrived from the folks at McMurry Hatchery. We got 56 birds total; 6 pearl white leghorns to add to our laying hen flock and 50 Jumbo Cornish (meat birds) which should be in our freezer 8-10 weeks from now. The chicks in the photo with the green dots on their heads are the Pearl White Leghorns.
